“ Brilliant service and cuisine on Christmas Day 2021. We ordered the orange beef and Sauteed Pea Shoots with hot green tea of course. Everything was delightful and I was very happy to stop and enjoy their restaurant. Definitely will head back soon. ”
“ The pork soup dumplings here are delicious and my favorite dish to order. But many dishes here are good. Fried rice is pretty good, lo mein is pretty good though not my favorite. Really loved the Gui Zhou spicy chicken. Beef with green peppers is very tasty. The king pao chicken was also good. The soup dumplings are smaller and not as good when you deliver, but thats a necessity because the real ones wouldnt stay in tact on the trip. Theyre still good delivered but I highly recommend dining in to have them. ”
“ This place is a neighborhood gem that we have visited serveral times, despite the stiff competition in the area. Its a nondescript place that serves high quality food. Their food is very authentic, with a mix of standard and lesser known Sichuan dishes. The staff is very friendly. ”
“ Really friendly, quick, and great local Szechuan spot. While not on Szechuan row, this place makes several dishes really well and even makes it extra mala for me when I ask. I order here usually at least once, sometimes twice a week. I really like ChongQing Spicy Chicken Parched Chicken with Three Pepper Gui Zhou spicy Chicken Spicy Whole Green Pepper I am less of a fan of their cucumber salad and their mapo tofu, but plenty of other dishes to keep me happy. If you like spice, I recommend you skip the American Chinese Food and try something off the special dishes menu, which is primarily Sichuan style food. ”
“ We got general tsos chicken, Spicy chicken and Chinese broccoli, noodle soup, and dumplings. The food was very good. It was made to order, came out very hot, tasting very fresh. There was no wait and the staff was friendly. ”
“ Dont let the negative reviews deter you from trying out this cute local restaurant. Had the General Tso chicken and sichuan beef with cabbage. Had the steamed pork dumplings which were awesome and hot and sour soup that was delicious. Would eat there again. ”
“ If you like it spicy hot , def the place to try. They have speciality sichuan dishes on the menu apart from the regular Chinese. Liked the Chong Qing chicken and other sichuan flavors. The Singapore Mei Fun was also good! ”
“ I normally dont write restaurant reviews because I dont care. But this place has the best hot and sour soup in NYC. Just had lunch special, chicken with broccoli wwhite rice and hot and sour soup. The Chicken with broccoli is also best in NYC, period. I took off a star for the atmosphere but mainly because it was empty and as I was one of the first two eatin customers on a rainy day in NYC. The place, however, was 12 filled up by the time I was done. You can tell food is good because there were many many many take out orders and pickups. Excellent food. ”
